Book Fair – BUY A BOOK FOR THE SCHOOL

What a great week of Rainforest Reading we have had in our LLC!  Sincere thankyou to the Book Fair committee who tirelessly work to make the book fair as fun and profitable as possible for the school.  Remember there is still time to grab some early Christmas presents and Buy a Book for the school.  Each family that buys a book will have their photo taken displayed in the LLC and a note placed inside the book for prosperity.  Here are a few of the Buy a Book donations already received this week.

 Head lice

With the warmer weather and the reintroduction of hats often comes a new outbreak of head lice. If you require assistance, please ask the office for a fact sheet to help you manage head lice.  If you do find a case of head lice in your family, please treat promptly and let us know so that we can inform other families.

Rebuild Information

No news is good news! We are awaiting the provision of further information as the plans are being finalized.  We will continue to keep you as informed as possible as information becomes available.

Prep Transition Art Extravaganza!

This week our Step Into Prep transition program saw our Art teacher Diana and the new preps enjoy The Rainbow Fish.  They then worked to make their own glittery scale rainbow fish to take home.

Bunnings BBQ Volunteers

With the busy Christmas period ahead of us, School Council would like to ask you to consider if you are able to volunteer some time on Saturday the 16^th of December to support our annual Bunnings BBQ fundraiser.  You can man the BBQ or handle food sales.  All proceeds from this day are directed towards supporting our Graduating Year 6 and School Council fundraising commitments.  Please keep an eye out for information in the next few newsletters about how you can volunteer your time, it is greatly appreciated.

2018 Enrolments & School Tours

We are currently finalising our 2018 enrolments. Enrolment Tours are every week Thursday 9.15am. Please ring the office to book your place. If you have a child due to start in 2018, or know of a child due to start please ensure you complete your enrolment ASAP. This includes children enroling at ANY year level of the school. We need accurate enrolment numbers to assist with finalizing staffing and programming.
