Glengala Gazette – Issue#8

New Building Update
Exciting work has been occurring on and off site for our new building over the course of the term. Further site clearing and footings have begun to occur on site. The works off site are going extremely well with the new building being trucked over from the building site in Pakenham next Thursday and Friday. If you’re in the area next Thursday or Friday pop past the school and check out the massive cranes and trucks used to bring in the pieces of our new building. This will mean when we return from the break we will see our amazing new building. Works will continue through the holidays and throughout Term 2 with an anticipated opening on day 1 of Term 3. It’s hard to believe just a couple of weeks ago the picture below was taken of the frames being completed!

As always if you have any questions about the project please come and have a chat.

School Security
We seek your assistance in discouraging any people who may misuse our grounds over the upcoming holidays. If you happen to notice any person on our school grounds that are engaging in any type of dangerous or destructive behaviour please do not hesitate to call the police on 000.

Parents and caregivers are very powerful figures in influencing the behaviours and attitudes of their children. If you have questions, feedback or are experiencing any difficulties please don’t hesitate to give Sam or myself a call, send us an email or come and have a chat.
