We are proud to be recognised as a Gold Level School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) school.

This recognition reflects our strong commitment to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment. To achieve this award, we demonstrated high levels of implementation across all three tiers of support, with consistent and ongoing improvement.

At Glengala Primary School, we use School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) to create a consistent, positive and safe learning environment for all students. Each week, students take part in SWPBS Buddy Group sessions where they learn and practise our school expectations: Respectful, Responsible, and Safe.

Positive behaviour is recognised and reinforced through our Dojo Points system. Students earn points for demonstrating our school values and can use these points to "shop" for rewards that include fidgets, lego and cooking classes! We also celebrate student success with regular awards, recognising those who consistently show positive behaviour and contribute to our school community. Together, this approach helps students feel connected, supported and proud to be part of Glengala.
